Hi

I have a database of 16 files that need to make copies at the end of a week with a button.

When I hit the button I would like to save a copy with no records of each file and send it to a folder based on the next weeks date. Is this possible with some sort of plug in to name a new folder . But I am not sure how to send the new files to that new folder automatically.

I could really use some help here. Thanks
