March 11, 200421 yr Hi jukkie, Go to your "list" layout in Browse Mode. Sort manually by "customer" and "project number". The go to ScriptMaker. Edit your script. Click OK to exit Script Definition. You'll be presented with a dialog that the Keep or Replace your Sort Order. Choose "Replace" Click OK and Done to exit ScriptMaker. Your script should now remember and always sort on "customer" and "project number". (Note should you upgrade in the future: In FileMaker v7, the Sort script step allows for direct editing of the sort criteria, rather than using the above "remember last sort" method.) Good luck, Andrew
