Help please - I need a method for printing the same lable over the whole page of lables. I'm a brand new convert from access . Any suggestions greatfully appreciated !!

This may not be the 'official way' but all I do is make enough duplicate records as the number of labels on the sheet. Works a treat!

Alternatively, you might consider setting up a special layout on which you include multiple instances of the groups of fields (and any other layout objects) which are to appear on the labels, and arrange them appropriately so that they line up one group per label.

Thanks for the help Klaus and CobaltSky - kinda hoped there was a more automatic method - which I couldn't see - I'm sure both these sugggestions will work fine
