I would like to make each new record in the portal contain the information selected in the pop-up list. I tried using a global field, but this interfered with other areas of the database. By dropping the pop-up list in the portal, I can get the info to show in the first portal row, but no subsequent portal rows. Any ideas how to get this to work? BobWeaver Posted March 17, 2004 Share Posted March 17, 2004 If you set the relationship to allow creation of related records, then when you click in the bottom blank row and enter data a record is automatically created.
