i'm trying to get on FileMaker's XML_Talk mailing list to no avail. i've tried signing up and sending to the address, but it tells me i don't have an authorized email account and gives me a web link to go to a posting page that says, "No Access".

when i go to my preferences on the website, my email address i'm sending from is in there and it shows all of my subscription information. what gives? webcrossing's technical support hasn't gotten back to me yet, if they ever will.

thanks for any tips on how to get on this list!
