Printing problem HP1700D with Developer 6.0

I just got a call from a user of my runtime solution that has me stumped. Other users are not having this problem. When the user tries to print an order using the print script, only the footer is printed. There is a header, body and footer in this layout. The program was just loaded today. The runtime was developed using developer 6.0. They are using XP and a new HP1700D printer. Any Ideas. Thanks, Marty
