Import of Web Images (or any File)

hi. hope i am right here for my question. i have a problem with importing imagefiles stored within the web. e.g. http://www.test.com/test.jpg.

i tried successfully the url plugin of troi.com but this works only with raw ascii data i think. in the url plugin faq i read that the mime type of the http protocol isn
