Calculations not done when serving filemaker files

I have some experience developing and deploying filemaker solutions but yesterday I found an strange fail when I try to server different filemaker files in a Mac OS X 10.2.8 server with FileMaker server 5.5v2 to clients using Filemaker pro 6v3 running over a MacOS X 10.2.8 too.

When we have opened different filemaker files from Filemaker pro client side, every calculation field were empty and has no calculation was done (nor seen on screen). It happends in every layout and in every filemaker file.

No calculation was done in client side, but if we try to server those databases using a Filemaker pro 6 instead filemaker server, no problem was found, and customers can work with application but quite slow, because those calculations fields and the database size, that

This may or may not help... but you could try updating to server 5.5v4 and client 6v4. This is probably a good idea anyway, since there are known problems with previous versions of server on OS X causing data corruption.

Did you try to export the data from the files to a text file, and then reimport the data into a cloned database backup from a time before this problem appeared?
