Hello,

I am trying to produce a time sheet report, and I want it to look like this.

Client Name Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday

4/11 4/12 4/13 4/14 4/15

ABC Company 0 2 6 8 8

XYZ 0 6 2 0 0

Totals 0 8 8 8 8

It seems I can not get the report to sort correctly.

The name of the layout is timesheet.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Scott

There was only one file in your attachment, so I couldn't test it with your cClientNameLookup field. I just converted it to a text field to test with.

Two things: you don't need to use getSummary() if you are sub-summarizing the layout parts. Just use the Total summary fields instead. Second, there is a sliver of a body part on the layout that doesn't need to be there.

Didn't see any other problems.

What about the sort order.

When I am running the report, I only get the ABC Company, not the XYZ to appear.

Still missing the file for the cClientNameLookup field. Are you viewing the data in Preview mode or Browse mode?

I am viewing the report in preview mode.

I am sending you the other file.

Thanks,

Scott

PS: Could you post the corrected file.

The file that is missing is the Client Profile, but I'll send you what I have (all I did is change the cClientNameLookup to a text field so I could sort by it.)
