Scott Rusoff
Hello, I am trying to produce a time sheet report, and I want it to look like this. Client Name Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 4/11 4/12 4/13 4/14 4/15 ABC Company 0 2 6 8 8 XYZ 0 6 2 0 0 Totals 0 8 8 8 8 It seems I can not get the report to sort correctly. The name of the layout is timesheet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Scott FileMaker Version: 6 Platform: Mac OS
Ender
There was only one file in your attachment, so I couldn't test it with your cClientNameLookup field. I just converted it to a text field to test with. Two things: you don't need to use getSummary() if you are sub-summarizing the layout parts. Just use the Total summary fields instead. Second, there is a sliver of a body part on the layout that doesn't need to be there. Didn't see any other problems.
Scott Rusoff
What about the sort order.
Scott Rusoff
When I am running the report, I only get the ABC Company, not the XYZ to appear. FileMaker Version: 6 Platform: Mac OS
Ender
Still missing the file for the cClientNameLookup field. Are you viewing the data in Preview mode or Browse mode? FileMaker Version: Dev 6 Platform: Mac OS X Panther
Scott Rusoff
I am viewing the report in preview mode. I am sending you the other file. Thanks, Scott PS: Could you post the corrected file. FileMaker Version: 6 Platform: Mac OS
Ender
The file that is missing is the Client Profile, but I'll send you what I have (all I did is change the cClientNameLookup to a text field so I could sort by it.)
