Is there anyway to have a graphic element on a layout which acts as a field, in that when a user clicks on a certain area of the graphic, it returns a different value.

For example:

A line on which the user indicates a point, and that returns a value ie. a visual analogue scale

or

A picture of the bowel where the user can mark the position where a tumour occured and that would return a value.

Any thoughts much appreciated.
