Batfastad Posted April 28, 2004 Posted April 28, 2004 When you open a file hosted on filemaker server, a small box flashes up with a filemaker logo. Saying "powered with filemaker" Is that stored anywhere or is it hidden away in the internal workings of filemaker server?
stanley Posted April 29, 2004 Posted April 29, 2004 Batfastad: I've never seen that box, but all my systems are hosted on the Mac OS (although I do have Windows client machines.) Is it perhaps something custom-designed in the solution you're using? -Stanley
Batfastad Posted April 29, 2004 Author Posted April 29, 2004 Nope definitely not. When opening a file hosted on filemaker server 5.5, on windows, a small box flashes up for every file saying, "Opening such and such a file.fp5 as a guest of FILEMAKER" (or whatever the custom fm server name is), with a small "powered by filemaker" logo underneath. This box is only displayed for about a second per file. I just wondered if there was anyway to disable it, or modify the logo as it might be stored in a secret file somewhere. Thanks
