How to hide scroll bar

I want to hide the horizontal and vertical scrollbars and the window header. Is this possible and if so how? I'm using FM Pro 7 on a Windows XP Home PC and the windows are being created with the 'New Window' script step in FM Pro 7.

Scroll bars are automatically displayed. However FM Developer has an option to use a "kiosk" mode which might be more your liking.
