Currently CDML applications on Ver 6 (Sad news on V7 support for CDML/XML). Have a couple of new clients on Macs.

Q: Can Win XP Developer 7 create Mac run-time systems or do you have to do development on a Mac?

You can develop on either platform but the binding must be done on the intended distribution platform. I believe that both versions come on the CD.
