No portal entry fields

Four files forming an FM3 database solution were imported into FM7. There are 3 portals showing records from linked fields. One of the portals correctly shows a row for new entries. The other two portals do not have a new entry row, and thus no entries can be made in the portal. Any ideas?

Make sure the Allow creation of related records checkbox is checked for the portals' table in the relationship definition dialog.
