Help - Been using FMP Developer 4 for couple of years. Have just bought Developer 7 and can't find the binder application. I bought 7, but it did not come with any documentation.

The binder is now built-in to Dev7, not a separate app.

Choose "File -> Developer Utilities..." menu item.
