Header text disappears

I have an inventory db and the part headers disappears from the first page but will stay on the remaining pages. trying to get the header to show on all pages. any help would be appreciated. i'll attach file.

When you have a Title Header on the layout, it replaces the Header for the first page. Just put your field labels on the bottom of the Title Header too.
