Hello- New to all of this and trying to figure out the best way to add a call log to my layout? I am using Pro 7 and have developed the layout with all the contact info. Just need a way to type a comment and have it record date and time etc. and have it embedded in the original layout. ANy help would be GREATLY appreciated.

If I understand you correctly you want to create a diary that will keep a history of notes with a contact in a rolodex type set up.

You can do this with a portal related by contact name to a separate "diary" base. Set the portal to create a new record on data entry and make creation date and creation time standard fields in the "diary" record. Set the portal to always sort by creation date/time so that the last entry is always at the top.
