Server Beta blocks my Developer 7 Instant Web Pub?

I installed the public beta of FMP7 Server.....now everytime I boot Developer 7 i get a TREMENDOUS delay and an eventual message stating that instant web publishing cannot start.

Any ideas how to re-establish the ability to do instant web publishing? This is VERY annoying!
