Attached is the database I am working on. It's buggy in that when the "printable layout" is chosen in preview mode, each merge field has an inconsistent amount of whitespace below (above?), despite sliding being enabled.

Please take a look and any suggestions would be much appreciaied.

If I'm understanding the problem, then I think it's the text style that is part of the text that was inserted in each of those fields. If you look at the text in those fields in Layout 1, you can see that they have different line sizes.

I'm sorry... What do you mean by "line sizes"? Do you mean that they have different text sizes? I thought that all of the font sizes in the database was set to 11...

I don't know exactly which text in the Project Title field is making the line size goofy, but what I'm talking about is the line size that's set in Format->Text... Paragraph... It could also be that the text has a different font somewhere in it that has a different line size.

You can fix this if you make a script to cut the text out, exit the record, then paste the text back in with no style.
