Someone please help! I

I'm 99% sure you can't do what you are trying to do. (I'd say 100% but there are so many smart characters in this forum who can do things!)

Create your report/layout in the Conditions file and look up the Patient name, etc from the Patient file and use a portal for stuff from the Operations file.
