I have a report that I'm printing multiple copies. I've had to resort to printing them on our office Canon because my Tektronix's collate feature is greyed out - and FileMaker ignores the setting in the print dialog box.

I've checked Xerox's website, went through the setups on the printer, setups on the Mac (even replaced the PPD files) but nothing will bring it back. It used to work... Only major change was to 10.3.4 and the security updates. Anybody able to shed some light on this?
