'save a copy as' script step

I recently updated to 4.0v3 and scripts that I had written using the 'save a copy as' script step now fail in the Windows environment (MAC works ok). I get an error code of 800 and the message '....copy could not be created on this disk. .....'. I can create a copy directly using 'file/save a copy as' but not using the script

I deleted and reentered the script step and it still fails.

Any insight?
