I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction. I am having a lot of problems understanding the relationship model in 7. I have bought the books read the articles but am still having a fundamental problem.

If I have three tables A, B, & C where B & C are linked with a simple relationship link.

The record that is current in A determines the set of records in B & C (they only relate to that one record) What is the best way to achieve this is there a template that has this relationship?

Any info gladly appreciated

Thanks dbruggmann, your reply made me think about what i was trying to do, yes B to C is one to one, but strangely I hadn't even considered the possibility of refering it all back to A !!!!!!

Thank for your tip I have downloaded and read Michael Harris's article and will try to make sense of it all.
