Need automated mailing list depository

I need a table that collects mailing addresses and email addresses from product registrations other sources. This needs to happen automatically, for example when I import a text file of registration information from an external source, each address needs to be added to the mailing list table if it isn't already there.

Big need for this. Thanks.
