Problems defining relationship

I created a simple database. This contains recipies for chemical solutions.

Within this database I want to link records belonging to each other. So I defined a fild releated records and wanted to create a lookup to show the records matching to this field.

Here comes my problem. I am not able to do this because the field I want to be coppied belongs to the relationship. Is ist better to create a script? Which commands are neccessary to use?

I have no idea about this.

Thank you for you helpful ideas.

Hello sama and welcome to this forum!

to give you an advice, I think we need some more information about your database:

Try to describe more detailed how this recipes are linked?

How many files does it have?

Which fields do they have?

Which fields do you want to relate to each other?

Are you sure, you need a lookup? (A value, you have looked up, will not reflect changes, that you make later in the source field.)
