Cant install FM7 on a Korean version Windows XP

Hello wizards,

I have used FM5 on my Korean W-XP operation with no problem at all.

Unfortunately, I am unable to install FM7 on my machine. At the beginning when the installshield wizard is preparing for installation, it stops and gives an error message saying "the path to (meanless name) contains invalid character" and rolls back. I dont even get to a step where to customize the file path.

According to a technical staff at filemaker, version 7 does not yet support Korean language. But, he mentioned a few ways to get around (or trick the system) and avoid the character problem. Can any of you help me how I can do it?
