Hi All,

We have the problem connecting from Citrix to Filemaker files on server from the beginning. And I have no clue to solve it. The problem is that some computers can connect citrix to server and some computers can not. Sometimes we have to change username to log in to server through citrix and it works. But sometimes it does not work? Is the problem from connection through Citrix or the problem of filemaker files on server? Someone has the same problem ? Can someone tell me how to solve it ? Do I look for Citrix issue or filemaker files issue ?

Hello

We use Citrix routinely to access a FM Server app, with no problems at all. Can you access other apps through Citrix OK?

Other application is ok with Citrix but only FM Server app is problem. It is very weird, sometimes ok sometimes not. That make me crazy.

Do you have any idea?

All I can say is it sounds like a Filemaker issue - we have never seen a problem between Filemaker and Citrix.
