Using ODBC and System DSN

Featured Replies

I am using one of the proprietory ODBC driver to access DB2 data located in a server at a remote location. I am developing this application on my local machine and have installed the driver on my machine. But when I start hosting files from my machine, the import script step fails to run from any other machine because it does not have the odbc driver installed on it. I tried creating the System DSN but it is not accessible to the other machines. Is there any solution by which I don't need to install the drivers on each workstation.

I want that the import script step should run once in the morning so that all the updated data gets imported from a remote location.

If someone could suggest me a solution, it would be very helpful.

Thanks,
