"Send Mail" not working

I can't get the "send mail" function to work with FM 5.5. It was working this morning, now it's not. I'm using it with Outlook Express 5.02.

It seems to think for a long time, bring Outlook to the front, then think some more and stop. Mail never gets into the Outgoing box.
