How can I connect to ODBC using MAC? I used the Execute SQL script step and when I specify the ODBC data source, it will display this error "The translator for this file format could not be found or could not be initialized.

The most straightforward way to troubleshoot an ODBC connection on FMP for OS X is to use the File->Open...->ODBC Source menu item. It lets you connect with the fewest screens of the 3 ways to connect an ODBC database. Once you know that works, then you can troubleshoot your Execute SQL script step without worrying whether its a configuration problem.

If you are using an iODBC compatible driver, then you need to make sure the "ODBC Driver Manager" file is NOT present in your /Library/CFMSupport folder.
