All but 1 record prints . . . .

Featured Replies

Hi,

I created a solution for my wife to use at work. The whole thing is little more than an employee tracking system. I sat with her and created 1 report - a columnar report that goes down then back to the top and then down again. This report is fine. I then used this layout and duplicated it several times. I edited it and made some field changes to each of these additional reports. They all print fine except 1. On this report all the records print except for any record in space 15. Records after space 15 print fine. I know it's not the record itself because I duplicated a ton of records and of course the record that was in space 15 is now printing fine in it's new space. I also added enough records to stretch the report from 1 page to 4. On every page space 15 is printing blank. It shows up fine in preview but is blank when printing. I developed this solution on the Mac and I cannot recreate what is happening on my wife

I envy you! I have had some lulu printing problems.

Check that your wife's PC driver is up to date.

Re-create the layout FROM SCRATCH, preferrably on the PC.

Have a big scotch.

it might be the page setup from your wife's printer. Remember the page setup for each printer differs, and when you first did it in the mac, your report prints fine there. Also, check for the font typestyle.
