How can I have a database with no accounts? I want it to be poblic and not require any user to log in. I tied removing all the users but I'm prompted with a dialog telling me I must have at least one Full Access Account?

In FMP 7, set up the File Options (in the File menu) to auto-login with an account with the desired access.
