June 29, 200421 yr Hello, I want a login verification, even when the user is "All Users" is filed in the web security database. My problem is when I use "All Users" in the Web Security database with only read capacity they are allowed to go to a find/add section/html page in my solution. At the moment the user (All User) wants to add a new record the login verification pops up. I use a URL that ends with -find or -view. Is there a way that I someone want's to go to the Find/Add page need to login to enter this page? Greetings, Jukkie
August 11, 200421 yr Newbies I wouldn't use "All Users" for a login username. I am on FM5 and I always setup "All Users" without a password and no priviledges per the FM/Web Securtiy help section. If you need a general sign in for a group of people just add a generic username (guest, FMuser...) and give it a password with the priviledges you want them to have. But the "All User" user name is only suppose to be set up one way as I see it, without a password and no priviledges. David
