Layout is not printing correctly

I have a layout that seems to work fine until I add the titles next to the fields then my layout gets out of whack. I tried using the sliding option but I think I am just getting tired so I decided to ask you experts to help me out. I am attaching the files. The layout is titled sales print. I need it to print on one sheet with the titles beside the information. They go in order as follows:

Location

Legal Description

Zoning

Land

Improvements

Sale Price

Lease Price

Contact

They need to be in capital letters and bolded. When I do this it throws off my alignment of my field boxes. I want to have at least two lines of blank space between each discriptor so it is easier for a person to read when they print it out. Hope this makes sense. Thank you for all the help.
