A script that opens a file as a Guest?

Featured Replies

Hi!, another post from me laugh.gif" border="0

Does anyone know if it is possible to write a script that will open a file AS A GUEST? And if so, could you explain it to me? Thanks! laugh.gif" border="0

Sure... use the Open[] script command. Alternatively call an external script in the databse ypu want to open (the method I use).

Of course, the database has to be open and hosted on a FileMaker server (and set to multi-user) before it can be shared with other people.
