Hi

I am new to using Filemaker, and I am having problems getting the DataDirect Sequelink for ODBC 5.4 to install correctly. The driver does not appear in the list when adding a datasource. I have read that there is a bug where I need to install....remove...and then re-install, but this had no effect.

I even tried installing it on a different PC in my office (also WinXP) but still no luck.

I have the MDAC 2.8 installed.

Any ideas?

I am also getting this error on both a Windows 2003 Server and Windows XP Pro machines. Any thoughts would be appreciated. (Also running MDAC 2.8)

I had almost given up on this. I am not at one of the PC's now, but will use the links when I get home. Hopefully this will fix the problem.
