I am using FM 6 pro.

Is there a way to get my script out of FM so that I can edit it in another program?

I have a set of functions I need to perform on 15 different files.

I am thinking if I can get the script out I can use the find/replace command in Word to change the appropriate info and put it back into FM.

Not sure, but I think you can't do that. Exporting the script would be difficult, but shouldn't be impossible. (Print to file open in PS capable editor, convert to text.)

But from the help files it looks like you can only Import FM scripts that already exist in FM applications. So you would have to build all the scripts anyway.

Maybe build the generic core of the main script, then Duplicate it as many times as you need, then add particulars to each script to make them specific? Might save some time.
