You could do automatic backups with plain FM7. Either using a plugin or using window's cron facility with ActiveX automation. Just create a backup script in scriptmaker, and run it at a regular interval. For remote admin you could use WebX or Timbuktu or something like that. You can't really get around the 5 concurrent user limit though, you'll just have to define a short session timeout for idle users.
