Script to open word

First, this area of the forum is for completed solutions that people wish to post for the community as examples they think are innovative, helpful, or just plain cool. So please post your question in an area that pertains to your question.

Second, the point of the Forum is to make discussion and information public so that we can all learn from each other, so direct replies to e-mail addresses aren't in the spirit of public discourse.

Third, what do you mean by a form? A web form, or just a plain FM layout?
