Error code

One of my seven clients is disconnecting several times a day and getting the message

"communications with the host was interrupeted and could not be re-established error code -3284"

Does any one know what the error code -3284 means or where there is a list of codes.

This has happend to only one machine on a network of 7 running OS 10.3

The same machine has been kicked off the internet with a message "phone number not entered" (we are on broadband) This may not be a FM problem but I thought I would start here.
