Since "faculty" is part of the text of "tenured faculty" and "adjunct faculty", they will all come up when you find for "faculty". You can get around this a couple ways:

A. Make your check box values unique. Instead of "tenured faculty" use "tenured", etc.

B. Preface your search term with == to find exact matches. If you are using the checkbox in find mode, then a script step could add this in a Find script.
