What happened to my access privileges option?!

I have a main password that controls everything. I went in and changed one of the users access privleges, and now instead of access priveleges showing up in the file menu, change password does. Help! How can I get into the access priveleges again? what happened? Everything else is still working fine (I have access to everything else in the menu bar. confused.gif

Are you connecting to the DB over the network, or opening it locally? You can't change access privileges on a hosted file.

I am connecting to the Database on a network server...that must be it! I'll give it a try, thanks for the help.
