I have been using an old (DOS) modified FileMaker program that lets me print records in the format of the layout screen. This output creates a text file with all of the formatting of the layout and is convenient for importing into other programs and/or attaching (as text) to an e-mail.

Is there any equivalent in FileMaker Pro 6? Search as I might, I've not run across anything remotely related!

Not that I know of.

I get aound this by a FMP script that exports the data to file, then opens an MS Office document with an embedded on open VBA script to do the rest.
