I am building a dbase for my school and would like to have a statistics layout that reflects some data such as; how many male/female students (gender field is a value list); what ethnicity (again, value list ranging from 1-5); how many kids have IEP's; and so on. Administration wants it to kind of look like a spreadsheet, but I am having all kinds of trouble just getting the correct numbers to show up...can anyone lend me hand?
