Printing brings up a Giant Scroll Bar

I've got a script that loops through records, and prints a letter on the appropriate clients. Sometimes, after about 20 records, it will have a 2 inch wide scroll bar on the right side, that won't go away. The only way to get around it, is to close the database, and restart.

Has anyone hear of anything like this before? And how do I get rid of it??
