Fort Worth, TX, August 2, 2004 -- Comm-Unity Networking Systems announces the release of MMColor 1.0, for FileMaker 7.x and above for both Macintosh and Windows. This is the initial release of the plug-in.

MMColor is a FileMaker Pro interface plug-in which allows you to create and enhance color elements.

The MMColor plug-in marks the first of many "MM" plug-ins from CNS. The MM stands for "Mighty Mini". This plug-in series will have a very specific duties, thus "mini", but their functionality is mighty in stature. The MM plug-ins will help you accomplish things that could not ordinarily be done with just FileMaker. They will help you develop and deploy solutions that were simply not available before. Also mini, is the price, starting at $35 for a single user license.

To begin exploring MMColor, download the demo from our website, and open up the MMColor.fp7 database. This database contains 19 examples of how the MMColor plug-in can be used, from colorizing text to creating entire interfaces that can be edited easily. Each example is fully documented right in the database. Also include is a rating of how easy each example is. A function reference is built in to the database and can be accessed from any layout.

The MMColor example database is free and is not password protected. Feel free to examine the layouts and tables and change them around to test out other MMColor features, and just try things out. Please keep in mind that the example database is just that, an example. It is by no means the only way use MMColor, nor does it even come close to showing off all the possibilities of MMColor. There were many other ideas that we decided to leave out so the project would not become to large.
