Problems Auto Updating with Filemaker Server 7

Does anyone else have any problems with Auto Update and Filemaker 7? I have put the AutoUpdate Example file that comes with FM Server into the Data directory, and the plugin into the AutoUpdate directory and then connected to it from a client and clicked the "AutoUpdate" button. Then, the client looks almost frozen for a minute and it returns -1 under the Remote_Versions field. I tried it on other plugins I have and none of them work.

I have done some of the obvious:

-Made sure the Auto Update plugin is checked on on the server

-Made sure the server has the "Allow filemaker clients to download updates automatically" box checked.

-Rebooted everything just in case.

Anyone else see this, or see something I am doing wrong?

I solved the problem. The CD I had for the client version was of Filemaker 7.01. Downloading the upgrade to 7.02 fixed the problem.
