I hope someone can help a wretched soul. I converted a FMPro 5 file to FMPro 7 successfully. I then added a password, but, perhaps foolishly, changed the Account Name and Password. I know what they both are but no matter what I try, I can't seem to open the file. I have re-created this problem with a second and third "dummy" file, and the same problem occurs, demonstrating the level of idiocy I have achieved. Can anyone tell me the secret to opening my file???

Check the case of your username/password. One of them is case-sensitive, I can't remember which..

Thanks, I appreciate that input. I tried possible alternatives on the original problem file and then tried creating a new test file all to no avail. If I created a new user which was not Admin, is there a way I should be logging in to be that new user?
