Help a newbie out please. I am using FM4 on a PC. Is there a screen where I can display a list of records from which I can select individual records by ticking them off, or selecting all and then de-selecting individual records? Thanks for your help. Richie

Hi Richard,

You need to create a new layout that displays records in "list view". Go into layout mode and create a new layout. Then make the "Body" part of your layout about 1/4 thick. Then drop the fields you want on that part of the layout. Next go to Browse mode and select "View as List" from the "Select" menu. This should give you the list view that you are looking for.
